How is the fountain shipped and will I need a forklift?
Most of our large fountains are shipped via LTL freight on pallets. For residential deliveries, a lift-gate service is included to lower the fountain to your curb; however, you will need to arrange for placement in your garden.
What kind of maintenance is required for outdoor fountains?
To keep your fountain running beautifully, we recommend checking water levels daily to prevent the pump from running dry, cleaning the basin once a month to remove debris, and using a water treatment to prevent algae buildup.
Do I need to hire a plumber to install my fountain?
Most of our fountains are recirculating and do not require a direct water line. They simply plug into a standard outdoor GFI electrical outlet and are filled manually with a garden hose.
How do I prepare my fountain for the winter?
In freezing climates, it is essential to drain the fountain completely and remove the pump. We recommend covering the fountain with a waterproof, breathable cover or storing smaller units indoors to prevent the concrete or resin from cracking.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Are the pumps included with the fountain purchase?
Yes, every fountain we sell comes with a properly sized UL-listed submersible pump and all necessary tubing required for basic operation.
