At Garden-Fountains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water feature; if your fountain doesn't perfectly complement your landscape, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and have not been installed or filled with water.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the fountain in its original crate or box with all internal protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Logistics

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a pickup or drop it off at an authorized freight carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
